Do you sell to the public?
Yes, we sell to both businesses and the public. We supply everyone from the beginning baker to well-established bakeries.
Do you offer discounts to businesses?
Yes, we offer terms and volume pricing discounts to businesses. Simply contact us, and let us know the quantity and variety of baking pans you would like.
How soon will my order be shipped?
Your order (excluding custom orders) will ship within 1-2 business days depending on the volume of orders we are receiving. You will be contacted if there is any delay or we have to split up your order. PLEASE NOTE - this message only pertains to UPS packages.
Do you make special orders?
YES! We make special orders upon request that can even have your logo embossed on every pan! Please keep in mind that it takes 4-8 to fill a special order. Please visit our custom bakeware page for more information!
What materials are used in your bakeware?
Our durable baking pans are made with aluminized steel, which allows for fast and even heat distribution. Each piece is then coated with a safe, nonstick silicone finish for easy baking! To read more about aluminized steel, please visit our aluminized bakeware information page.
Is it safe to use my credit card for online purchases?
