Lifetime Warranty Information
USA Pans bakeware is backed by a Lifetime Warranty. You may return your item for repair or replacement, with an identical item or similar product of equal value, if found to be defective in material or workmanship when used in normal household conditions and care for according to the care and use instructions.
This excludes normal wear, coating discoloration or food stains, damage from misuse or abuse, such as improper cleaning, dishwasher use, overheating, use of harsh or abrasive cleaners, neglect, accident, alterations, fire, acts of God or theft. Minor imperfections and slight coating variations are normal and are not considered defective.
